We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade Finnish pottery purchase. Due to the unique nature of handmade items, each piece may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
Return Timeframe
You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Not show signs of wear or damage
- Be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@labelueshopin.world within 14 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely using original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package.
